Eligibility and acceptable use
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these terms. This minimum age is the owner’s draft-policy default; it does not imply that age verification is implemented. Use the service lawfully. Do not distribute illegal content, exploit or endanger children, threaten or harass people, impersonate others, distribute malware or spam, or defeat access controls. Report and block controls support abuse handling; the operator must publish its actual contact and enforcement process.
Your identity and content
Protect your device, unlock method, recovery words and secret links. Losing access may limit recovery. Share only content you have permission to share. You retain your content rights and authorize the limited processing necessary to deliver, display and operate the features you request, including selected abuse reports. Counsel must settle the exact licence language and removal process. Deleting or expiring content cannot remove copies recipients independently saved or captured.
Privacy and feature limits
Read the Privacy Policy draft for data handling. Chat modes and Drop settings govern availability and permitted saving; they are not a guarantee that nobody can retain content. Calls require suitable devices, permissions and connectivity. Mahvo and Shield are not emergency services and do not replace emergency assistance. No uninterrupted availability, anonymity or completed independent security audit is promised.
Purchases
Where enabled, optional digital purchases are processed by Apple or Google under the displayed store terms. The final purchase screen must show the actual price, billing period, renewal, cancellation and refund rules. Manage subscriptions through the store account used to buy them; uninstalling or deleting an identity does not by itself cancel a subscription. Tips are optional and do not purchase a privacy feature. Proprietary service and third party licences

Suspension and ending use
The provider may restrict abusive activity under a published, lawful enforcement process. You may stop using the service and use the deletion/request process verified for the submitted build, if available. The approved policy must explain retained records and deletion timing.
